Beer Name: PilNZer

Info: This is my staple house beer that I love having on tap during the warmer summer months. It's such as simple SMaSH recipe, but when executed right is wonderful!

Tasting notes: Moderately low bready and cracker like malt presence with a noticeable floral, herbal, lemon-grass like hop aroma and a firm hop bitterness to make it nice and crisp. A touch of some classic lager fermentation sulfur helps round it out.
